Are you ready for a FITNESS CHALLENGE? Join us on June 14th from 11am – 2pm for the Noble Olympics at OEV FITNESS in London, Ontario.
- Noble teammates from across the network are invited to participate.
- Participants can compete in select individual events or all events. Pre-registration for events is not required.
- A Wilks Calculator that factors in age/gender/body weight will be used for the lifting events to level the playing field.
- Prizes will be awarded for each individual event.
- A prize, as well as official title of โFITTEST PERSON AT NOBLEโ, will be awarded to the individual with the most overall points.
OLYMPIC EVENTS:
ENDURANCE EVENTS
Plank – Longest hold
Pull-ups – Max unbroken without letting go of bar
Squat – 30 seconds body weight squats then right into max wall sit for time
SPEED EVENTS
Assault Bike – 1 minute, most calories burned
Burpees – 1 minute, as many as possible with chest & thighs to the floor
Push-ups – Following a metronome for speed until failure
Rowing Machine – 1000m for time
STRENGTH EVENTS
Barbell – 1 rep max
Back Squat – 1 rep max
Bench Press – 1 rep max
Deadlift – 1 rep max
