The Noble Guarantee program is currently only available at Noble locations in Ontario. We hope to expand the program to all locations in the near future. Please check back regularly for more information.

  Noble will guarantee each customer a minimum fill rate of 98% on a monthly basis with purchases from our head office or branch locations.
•  Pick-up orders ready in 1 hour
  All orders called in for pick-up at any branch location will be ready at our counter within one (1) hour.
•  On-time deliveries
  Noble will guarantee to fulfill our delivery commitments for specific "time calls" with orders placed before 5:00 pm.
•  Ship what is printed on the order
  Noble will guarantee to ship what is printed on the order
•  Ship what you want and where you want it
  Noble will guarantee to ship what you want and where you want it!
•  100% fill rate and accuracy on quoted fixture jobs
  Noble will guarantee 100% fill rate & accuracy on all quoted fixture jobs per the schedule of our customer.
•  We will fix our mistakes in 2 hours
  Recognizing mistakes can happen, Noble guarantees our commitment to rectify them in a timely and efficient manner.
•  We will fill competitor backorders within 24 hours
  If you receive a backorder from one of our competitors, fax a copy of the packing slip to us and we will fill the backordered items within 24 hours. Backordered items must be determined to be a normal stock item at our distribution center.
